SAVING ARTICLES ON YOUR COMPUTER

To save a copy of The Doping Journal articles to your local computer, do the following:
Go to the HTML version of the article you wish to save.
Chose 'Save' or 'Save as' and select the 'Web page, complete' or 'Web archive' option and save the article to a new directory that you have to create for this purpose.
Creating directory for saving articles is especially important because you will be automatically saving all graphic files associated with the articles. Correspondingly, saving .HTML articles to your desktop can get cluttered.
Moreover, in case you will find that saving articles locally has important reference values you likely will save future contribution, and will then likely come to the need to properly archive the stored files in directories (folderes), named by the subject or a publication month, for example.
Go to the HTML version of the article you wish to save.
From the 'File' menu choose 'Edit'. This will open the article in Netscape's 'Composer' product.
choose "Save as..." from the 'File' menu and save the article to a directory of your choice.
We suggest you to create directory (also called folder) for the purpose of saving your favorite articles.

How
to save .PDF reprints for future use
In Adobe Acrobat Reader
Adobe Acrobat Reader allows you to view and print articles but it does not allow you to save an article to your disk. To save the .PDF reprint to your disk follow the step below:
A. Point to the '.PDF Reprint' button on the article navigation menu bar.
B. Hold down your mouse button on your Mac until a new menu appears. If you use Windows, use the right button on your mouse to display the menu.
C. Select 'Save as' option. Type a name for the saved file and click 'Save'.

In Adobe Acrobat (commercial version)
Please note that in case you have commercial version of the Adobe Acrobat you may save previously opened article by using 'Save' or 'Save as' options of the 'File' menu.
